Job Title: Team Lead / Assistant Manager – Operations

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented self-starting Assistant Team Manager / Team leader to join our Business Intelligence Services team. The ideal candidate will possess robust communication skills, a solid understanding of Excel, and the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional who is committed and capable of working in a focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Preparation and dissemination of Multiple Reports:

- Prepare, review, and issue the required reports in a timely manner, as per the existing agreed formats while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- These reports include and are not limited to:

- Head count reports

- Attrition reports (Resource and client)

- Biometric reports

- Revenue reports

- Productivity reports

- Staffing reports (incl Billable, non-billable reports)





- - Preparation and dissemination of Invoices:

- Prepare, review, and issue the required invoices in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements

- Team management and up-skilling the Team with relevant training

- Communication Skills:

- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

- - Proven experience in a similar MIS role for at least 5 to 6 years.

- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
