Job Overview

Managing end-to-end candidate hiring and onboarding processes to ensure an overall positive experience and forming close relationships with hiring managers to ensure explicit candidate/interviewer expectations. Additionally, management of complete life cycle of all employees of the plant and providing them with ongoing HR support as required. Ensuring HR statutory compliances, IR and ER Strategy are implemented to achieve nil non-conformities.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of ground for the ER/IR strategy with Plant HR Head and implementing it successfully to ensure disruption free plant operations throughout the year.

- Ensure all Statutory compliance adherences in plant.

- Preparing IR Index on Quarterly basis & monthly HR MIS

- Ensuring disruption free operations and harmonious industrial relations between management.

- Audit documentation related to Plant HR function.

- Liaison with all external stakeholders (communities, Govt. officials) to ensure smooth and cordial relations.

- Recruitment of operatives as per agreed business plan and as per VCPL staffing process.





- Onboarding & Induction formalities for new hires. Coordination and end to end execution of Buddy program.

- On boarding of contract labor

- Smooth functioning of Attendance Management system.

- Preparing and monitoring reports related to absenteeism, overtime, hiring etc. for payroll administration

- Coordination of all sorts of training interventions at plant

- Assist in preparing new policies & implementation
