Overview - We are looking for an Assistant Manager HR to manage and support key HR functions with a balanced focus on Recruitment & Onboarding and Employee Engagement & Grievance Management. The ideal candidate should have solid people-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to HR operations.

Responsibilities -

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring status.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events to strengthen employee connect and workplace culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities in coordination with business teams.




- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Handle employee grievances professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation where required.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions and gather feedback to understand employee concerns.
- Identify recurring employee issues and recommend suitable solutions to management.
- Support employee recognition initiatives, including R&R; programs, celebrations, and appreciation activities

Education & Experience

- Any MBA / Graduate in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 47 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to both recruitment and employee engagement/HR generalist activities.
- Experience in handling employee grievances and working closely with business/hiring managers will be preferred.
