Lead the HPDC die maintenance team and manage day-to-day die maintenance activities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of HPDC dies.
- Ensure dies are available for production as per the casting and production plan.
- Handle die-related problems such as cracks, soldering, erosion, wear, flash, mismatch, cooling issues, ejector problems and core damage.
- Supervise die repair, welding, polishing, grinding, fitting and machining activities.
- Analyze die failures and implement root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Improve die life, cycle life and maintenance frequency.
Job Requirements :
- 10-14 years of experience in refinery operations or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of breakdown maintenance, shutdown procedures, and plant operations.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
