Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced GeM Portal Expert to manage and drive business through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of GeM operations, bid participation, tender documentation, order execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and operate the GeM portal for product and service listings.

- Identify and evaluate relevant bids, tenders, and reverse auctions.

- Prepare and submit quotations, technical documents, and compliance documents on the GeM portal.

- Handle bid participation, order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.

- Ensure adherence to GeM policies, procurement guidelines, and government regulations.





- Track tender opportunities and maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming bids.

- Resolve customer queries and address issues related to orders, payments, and portal operations.

- Maintain records of transactions, EMDs, PBGs, and contractual documentation.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in handling the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.

- Solid understanding of government procurement procedures and tendering processes.

- Knowledge of bid management, reverse auctions, and contract execution.

- Familiarity with EMD, PBG, invoicing, and documentation requirements.
