Assistant Manager – Export Customer Coordination

Queens Bay International is a manufacturer and exporter of pre-rolled cones, rolling paper booklets, filters, and custom packaging for international B2B clients. Factory: 6/3 South Side of GT Road, Ghaziabad.

Location: Work from factory, GT Road Ghaziabad (daily commute required)

Salary: ₹30,000 gross per month during probation, ₹33,000 on confirmation

Experience: 3–6 years in B2B customer coordination or export house operations

About the role The single point of contact keeping our overseas B2B clients informed from order confirmation to delivery. Our clients should never have to ask where their order is.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the master order tracker: every order, every stage, current status.
- Send proactive weekly status updates to clients: production, QC, dispatch, shipping.
- Follow up internally with production, stores, and dispatch so commitments are met; escalate early when they will not be.




- Share shipping documents with clients on time and correctly.
- Log complaints, route them to the right owner, close the loop with the client.
- Support sample dispatches and trade-show follow-ups.

- Robust written English: you will draft a client email in the interview.
- Tracker discipline: your records are the company’s single source of truth.
- Flexibility for US/EU time-zone communication.
- Politely relentless: comfortable chasing colleagues senior to you.
