- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical positions across the hospital.

- Recruit doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, technicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other clinical support staff.

- Understand manpower requirements from various clinical departments and translate them into effective recruitment plans.

- Source candidates through job portals, skilled networks, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, databases, campus hiring, and other channels.

- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary discussions to assess qualifications, experience, skills, compensation expectations, and role suitability.

- Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure recruitment priorities are aligned with patient volume, new department launches, expansion plans, and business requirements.





- Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, interview status, offers, and joining status.

- Coordinate salary discussions and offer approvals within approved compensation structures.

- Prepare and release offers in coordination with HR and relevant stakeholders.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.

- Manage candidate dropouts, counteroffers, notice-period issues, and joining delays.

- Maintain a healthy offer-to-joining conversion ratio.

- Coordinate collection and verification of relevant professional documents before joining.
