About The Role We're seeking an Assistant Manager, Brand, as an individual contributor role to join our marketing team to transform our Brand Measurement programme into strategic insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytics and insights foundation, with familiarity of the main tools in use at JLL.
You will be responsible for monitoring global key brand health metrics of JLL and reporting the shifts seen in these metrics and linking to certain events that would have sparked these shifts. You'll use data analysis techniques to provide insights to your brand stakeholder by studying the brand dashboard that tracks key metrics such as customer sentiment, brand awareness, market share, and competitive landscape. You should be articulate and a good communicator so that you are able to translate the data into key insights.
These insights will inform strategic marketing and brand decisions that will be fundamental to ensure brand success and business growth for JLL in all its priority markets.
Key Responsibilities: Data Integration
- Gather data from various sources including digital, offline, independent studies and surveys and amalgamate into findings and insights for marketing and business consumptions and decision making
- Create a comprehensive view of brand perception
- Synthesize insights from multiple data sources including brand surveys, social listening, media monitoring, digital analytics, and customer feedback platforms
Metric Analysis for JLL and competition in key markets
- Define and calculate relevant brand health metrics
- Identify patterns and trends in brand health data over time
- Conduct competitive analysis to track competitor brand performance
Data Visualization
- Build and maintain an interactive dashboard using data visualization tools
- Present key brand health metrics clearly and effectively to stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive brand performance reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio to track brand health metrics, awareness, perception, and competitive positioning
Reporting and Insights
- Generate regular Insights and presentations to communicate brand health insights
- Provide actionable recommendations for brand strategy adjustments
- Present complex data insights to diverse audiences
- Extract and analyze data from digital marketing platforms (Adobe/Google Analytics, AEM, social media analytics, paid media platforms) to assess brand campaign impact and audience engagement
- Build business cases and recommendations to optimize brand investments and marketing mix allocation across channels
Trend Analysis and Forecasting
- Analyze brand performance data and predict future trends
- Identify opportunities and potential threats in the market

- A team player and should be able to work in a global multi layered, matrixed organisation
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques
- Experience with tools like SQL, Python, and R
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their data (Adobe/Google Analytics, social media analytics tools like Sprout Social, LinkedIn ads, Meta Business Suite and other paid media platforms)
- Understanding of how digital marketing metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, conversions) connect to brand outcomes
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio)
- Experience analyzing brand tracking studies, market research, and consumer insights
- Solid analytical skills with ability to work with data in MS Office (particularly Excel with pivot tables, formulas, and basic data manipulation)
- Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and how brand activities drive business outcomes across digital and traditional channels
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect brand performance to commercial results
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights to diverse audiences
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into cohesive narratives
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms, social listening tools, and CRM systems
- Critical thinking skills to interpret data within a marketing context
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
