We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Accounts and Finance with strong experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, Inventory Workings and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for accurate valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods, while ensuring effective inventory control and compliance with accounting standards. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring stock, analyzing manufacturing costs, and coordinating with internal teams for timely reporting.

- Ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Oversee month-end and year-end physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Apply standard, FIFO, or weighted-average costing methods for manufacturing output.
- Audit inventory loss to identify shrinkage, wastage, and damaged stock.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP and inventory ledger records.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements,



and cash flow reports.
- Prepare and review monthly stock statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/Ind-AS and manufacturing cost accounting principles.

- CA Inter, M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience in Accounts and Finance within a manufacturing company.
- Robust knowledge of inventory valuation, costing methods, and manufacturing cost accounting.
- Good understanding of GAAP/Ind-AS and financial reporting.
- Experience in ERP systems, inventory reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
