Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy approval to joining, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and candidate follow-up.
- Plan manpower requirements and maintain headcount, vacancy and recruitment reports.
- Manage onboarding, induction and probation reviews.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, goal setting, PIPs, increments and promotions.
- Conduct training-needs assessments and coordinate training, competency development and apprenticeships.
- Drive employee engagement, internal communication, grievance handling and employee relations.
- Track employee turnover, exit/stay interviews, retention and succession planning.
- Coordinate office administration, workplace readiness, supplies, meetings and employee requirements.
- Manage vendors, housekeeping, repairs, maintenance, security, pest control and other facility services.
- Prepare monthly HR, recruitment, employee and facilities dashboards for management.
- Work closely with directors, department heads, employees, vendors and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce or related field.
- MBA/PG qualification in HR preferred.
- 2- 5 years of relevant experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and employee engagement.
- Experience in office administration, vendor/facilities coordination preferred.
- Manufacturing, medical-device, engineering, distribution or multi-location experience is an advantage.
- Solid communication, interviewing, employee-relations, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and HR reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential matters and work effectively with employees and senior management.
