Assistant HR Recruiter

Experience: 1 Year Maximum

Location: Dwarka Sec 12 Delhi

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Assistant HR Recruiter with Maximum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within an IT services company, software company, digital marketing agency, or digital agency. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, digital marketing, sales, and other business roles and should be comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for technical roles such as PHP, MERN, Front-End, UI Developers, QA, and other technology positions.
- Recruit for digital marketing roles including SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Content.
- Source candidates for UI/UX, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and other creative positions.
- Support hiring for Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and other business roles.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication, relevant experience, salary expectations, notice period, and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and minimize interview no-shows and dropouts.
- Draft and publish effective job descriptions and job postings.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers/MIS with accurate hiring status.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Assist the senior HR team with employee records, HR documentation, and other HR activities when required.
- Maintain candidate and employee information with complete confidentiality.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 1 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Prior recruitment experience in an IT company, IT services company, software company, digital marketing agency, or digital agency.
- Practical experience in hiring technical and/or digital profiles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of Boolean search, keyword-based sourcing, and candidate screening.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to independently source, screen, and follow up with candidates.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, interpersonal, and organizational skills.





Preferred Qualifications: BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR, B.Com, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who does not simply wait for applications to arrive. The ideal candidate should be comfortable actively searching for candidates, approaching them, screening profiles, following up consistently, and driving vacancies toward closure. Agency recruitment experience will be strongly preferred because the role involves multiple profiles and changing hiring priorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
