Role & responsibilities

- Drive day-to-day sales & marketing execution for the assigned branch/state within the Force Motors distribution business

- Support retail network expansion for the Parts business in the assigned territory

- Own YoY growth of Parts business for the branch

- Manage and mentor a branch-level team (~1520 people), ensuring performance against targets

- Monitor and control credit exposure and debtor days for distributors/retailers in the territory

- Ensure monthly unit and revenue targets are met through close distributor/retailer engagement

- Support revenue growth initiatives cascaded from the Management.

- Recruit, train, and develop the branch sales team

- Track local market intelligence and competitor activity, feeding insights upward

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Automotive Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

- 1015 years in automotive sales & distribution, with prior experience managing a sales team or branch/territory

- Industry background:Passenger Vehicles / Commercial Vehicles / Two-Wheelers / Spare Parts & Accessories

Skills & Competencies:

- Solid understanding of dealer/distributor and retail operations

- Working knowledge of inventory management and basic financial/credit control

- Solid communication,team management, and execution skills

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

- Business expansion
