About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager to support the overall business operations, sales, team management, and execution of organizational strategies within our real estate development business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day business operations.
- Drive and monitor sales performance and revenue targets.
- Manage, guide, and motivate sales and support teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and business growth.
- Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs.
- Handle coordination with channel partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and support management in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and targets are followed effectively.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience is mandatory.
- Only candidates with experience in Builder/Real Estate Developer firms are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with experience exclusively in brokerage, consultancy, channel partner,



or other industries will not be considered.
- Solid leadership, communication, team-management, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of real estate sales and business operations.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh.

Preferred Candidate 3+ years of relevant experience in a Builder/Real Estate Developer firm with proven experience in team handling, sales management, and business operations.
