Role Description The Assistant General Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This position supports overall plant and business operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and coordination between departments such as manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

The Assistant General

Manager monitors key performance indicators, drives process improvements, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising teams, resolving operational issues, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and cost control, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.





Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and build a team-oriented culture.
- Operational management capabilities in manufacturing or industrial environments, including experience in production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance.
- Business and financial acumen, including familiarity with budgeting, cost control, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and for preparing clear reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic ERP or manufacturing management systems to track operations and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree (such as MBA) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in plastics, auxiliary equipment, automation, or manufacturing sectors, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
