Work Mode: Full-time, On-site only

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined and highly organised Operations & Store Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our brand, which specialises in designing and creating poshaks for the Almighty.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders, staff, karigars, clients, vendors, dispatches and store activities are managed smoothly and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the order sheet as soon as an order is received.
- Prepare the costing sheet and maintain all order-related details accurately.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and track the status of every order. Ensure that every poshak is completed within the pre-decided order budget and costing. While preparing the order sheet and costing sheet, the candidate must carefully track the approved costing and ensure that the final cost does not exceed the pre-decided budget.
- Coordinate with the staff team and karigars to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Handle packing, checking and dispatching of orders.
- Book Porter and coordinate with courier companies for pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with clients and handle their queries professionally.




- Coordinate with external vendors for any work, material or service required.
- Place online orders from blinkit if required and take care of materials, supplies and other business requirements.
- Manage and organise the store and keep track of stock, orders and materials.
- Maintain daily staff attendance.
- Handle all day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
- Keep written records of all important activities, follow-ups, pending work and completed tasks.
- Regularly follow up with staff, karigars and vendors to ensure everything is completed on time.
- Take ownership of urgent requirements, especially during peak season.

- During peak season or urgent dispatches, the candidate should be comfortable staying late and completing the work required.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be hands-on, dependable, disciplined and highly organised, with excellent coordination and communication skills. They should be capable of managing the complete day-to-day operations, keeping track of every order and task, maintaining proper records, coordinating with the team and vendors, and ensuring that everything gets done on time without constant supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
