Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
: Support daily F&B; operations across outlets and events.
- Guest Satisfaction
: Maintain high service standards and address guest needs promptly.
- Team Development
: Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure consistent performance.
- Inventory & Cost Control
: Monitor supplies, manage requisitions, and support budget control.
- Event Support
: Coordinate F&B; requirements for banquets and special functions.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 6+ years of F&B; experience, including 2 years in a Managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of service standards and event operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
