An experienced OM professional specializing in the maintenance and operations of commercial office spaces. Responsibilities Operations Technical Management
- Hands on exp in maintaining electro-mechanical systems, including LT panels, UPS, PCCs, DBs, Fire Alarm systems, and HVAC low-side equipment etc.,
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis RCA for electrical and mechanical failures to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with contractors and OEM vendors for technical support, AMC management, and warranty claims.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifecycles.
- Track asset performance, analyse operational efficiency, and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage the spare parts inventory, track consumption, and raise procurement requests for critical spares.
- Safely coordinate facility shutdowns, source switching operations, and load management.

Compliance Safety
- Implementing workplace safety protocols, including Lockout-Tagout LOTO procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure all operations strictly align with local norms, electrical inspectorate guidelines, and OEM mandates.
- Maintain up-to-date electrical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, daily facility logbooks, and maintenance checklists.
- Support in internal, external, safety, and energy audits.
- Prepare Operations Maintenance reports.
Educational qualification: Diploma BE, BE Tech -Electrical/ Mechanical.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on OM experience specifically within commercial corporate offices or tech parks.
- Robust capability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics, single-line diagrams SLDs, and technical manuals.
- Vendor management, communication, and team coordination capabilities.
