Role Description The Assistant Executive Pilot Plant role at ROL Lifescience is an on-site position based in Muzaffarnagar The individual in this role supports pilot-scale manufacturing activities, including coordinating batches, monitoring processes, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising pilot plant operations, maintaining process documentation, assisting in technology transfer from R&D; to production, and collaborating with quality assurance and production teams to resolve process-related issues. The role also involves tracking production data, supporting validation and trial runs, maintaining equipment readiness, and promoting safety and housekeeping in the pilot plant.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing processes, including pilot-scale operations and technology transfer.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience with process documentation, batch records, and basic data analysis for process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D;, production, and quality teams, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities in a quick-paced plant environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Prior experience in a pilot plant, formulation development, or scale-up environment in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to quality standards, and continuous learning in technical and regulatory areas.
