Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Director Value Creation to support Private Equity investors and portfolio companies in driving sustainable value creation initiatives.
The role involves identifying and executing operational and strategic improvement opportunities across the investment lifecycle, with a robust focus on EBITDA enhancement, cost optimization, revenue acceleration, and performance transformation.
The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams, portfolio company leadership, and functional stakeholders to develop and implement value creation programs that deliver measurable business impact.
