Role Overview The role of the Asst. Controller of Examinations will be to carry out all tasks and projects related to the day-to-day operational delivery examinations. To assist in the administration and management of examinations within an educational institution.

The role involves supporting the Controller of Examinations, who is typically responsible for overseeing the entire examination process. It is responsible for Examination Planning and Coordination, Supervision, Grading and Result Processing, Communication, Record-Keeping and Documentation, Compliance and Reporting. It also supports the smooth functioning of the examination system, ensuring fairness, transparency, and efficiency in academic assessments.

Responsibilities

- Assist with student exam queries, on a daily basis, and provide them with an appropriate answer, in a timely manner.Responsible for classroom preparedness for sessions
- Assisting Administrators with arranging examination meetings and preparation of all examination documents needed.
- Timely delivery of examination papers across all programmes.
- Ensure all examination materials are available for conducting the exam.




- Upon the completion of an examination, check all scripts have been received correctly, and liaise with all department on any queries or missing items.
- Distribution of the answer scripts to faculty members for marking when applicable.
- Assist with data entry and mark checking after scripts have been scored, and where necessary, liaising with the IT department on any technical issues.
- Ensure examination transcripts are distributed to students in a timely manner.
- Assist with documentation and information related to examination disciplinary hearings if conducted.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Masters degree
- Total of 5 - 8 years years experience in Examination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
