Ensure that the Branchs monthly revenue targets in all business segments for all countries are met through direct control of the Counseling staff.
ii. Ensure the Branch monthly target of revenue generation is met through Referral Generation with the efforts of counseling staff.
iii. Responsible for personally attending to all prospects/QAs that walk-in as a result of the efforts of the field sales team.
iv. Ensure all QAs generated through E-marketing are contacted by the Counseling Staff.
v. Responsible for conducting seminars for all the E-marketing QA s at least once a month or as planned by the Branch Head or Head Office and forwarding status report to Corporate Sales Department
