Key Responsibilities
Supervise winding, filling, swaging, and assembly operations
Ensure 100% electrical testing compliance before dispatch
Manage shift manpower and daily production targets
Coordinate with procurement for material availability
Maintain production records and ISO 9001 documentation

Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Manufacturing Technology
Experience in electrical component or heater manufacturing preferred
Familiar with quality tools: incoming inspection, in-process control, final inspection
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
