nRole Overview
nWe are hiring multiple positions for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants for both permanent and contract roles.
nThe ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with solid functional expertise across key modules. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective HCM solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCMn
Manage support and enhancement activitiesn
Gather business requirements and design solutionsn
Perform end-to-end solution testingn




Validate existing solutions and recommend improvementsn
Handle end-to-end integrations and custom extensionsn
Manage data loads, reporting, and integrationsn
Coordinate with clients and maintain documentationn
