nMandatory Skills:

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB.n
Strong understanding of respective module and their implementation.n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.n
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.n

nPreferred Skills:
n
n
Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.n
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).n
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.n

nQualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.n
7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.n
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.n
