About Position:

nWe are seeking a skilled UX Lead / UX Designer to design intuitive, contemporary, and user-centric experiences for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise application design, workflow-driven interfaces, and translating business requirements into engaging user experiences. The candidate should also be capable of delivering responsive HTML/CSS screens that can be consumed directly by development teams.

nWhat You'll Do:

User Experiencen
Designn
Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, and requirements analysis.n
Create user personas, user journeys, process flows, and information architecture.n
Design intuitive experiences for SailPoint IIQ workflows and business processes.n
Improve usability and accessibility of existing IIQ applications.n
Perform usability reviews and recommend UX improvements. UIn




Design & Prototypingn
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.n
Develop interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.n
Design responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces. Establish and maintain design standards and reusable UI patterns.n
Ensure consistency across all application screens and workflows. HTML/CSS Deliverablesn
Create responsive HTML/CSS screens from approved designs.n
Provide production-ready HTML templates for development teams.n
Ensure browser compatibility and responsive behavior.n
Collaborate with React/UI developers during implementation.n
Support conversion of designs into reusable React components.n
