About the Role
nThe Auth Fraud Supervisor – Identity Fraud & Data Analytics leads the organization’s identity fraud prevention and detection strategy using advanced data analytics and intelligence-driven insights. This role is responsible for leveraging data, statistical models, and fraud technology to identify, prevent, and investigate identity fraud across digital onboarding, authentication, and account lifecycle activities, while optimizing customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple sourcesn
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysisn
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business and leadership teamsn
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decisionsn
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand data needsn
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and documentationn
Support ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting requirementsn

B.Tech / MCA / Engineering, orn
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, orn
Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Risk Management preferredn

nExperience

6+ years of experience in fraud risk management with a solid focus on identity fraud analyticsn
1+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst rolen
Hands-on experience working with large datasets, real-time fraud systems, and analytics platformsn

nTechnical & Analytics Skills

Advanced SQL and data querying skillsn
Experience with Python, R, or similar analytics languagesn
Familiarity with machine learning models (e.g., logistic regression, random forest, gradient boosting)n
Experience with fraud rule engines and decision platformsn
Dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Po
