nActs as the technical owner and final escalation point for enterprise storage platforms. Responsible for architecture, performance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management of block and file storage across production environments. Leads major incidents, capacity planning, platform upgrades, and standardization initiatives.

nOwn architecture, design, and governance of storage platforms.

nResponsibilities

Define and enforce storage standards and best practicesn
Lead major incident resolution and root-cause analysisn
Perform capacity forecasting and performance optimizationn
Design and oversee high-availability and DR storage solutionsn
Plan and execute storage upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle managementn
Ensure security hardening, compliance, and audit readinessn
Review EOL/EOS risks and drive remediation plansn




Mentor and guide L1/L2 storage teamsn
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams on platform initiativesn
Final escalation point for storage-related issuesn
Owns design decisions, platform roadmap, and stabilityn
Drives continuous improvement and operational excellencen

Deep expertise in enterprise storage platforms: NetApp FAS / AFF HPE 3PAR / Primera / Alletran
Robust hands-on experience with SAN and NAS architecturesn
Advanced knowledge of SAN fabric, zoning, and multipathingn
Storage architecture design and standardizationn
Capacity planning, performance optimization, and scalability designn
Experience with storage security, vulnerability remediation, and compliancen
Robust troubleshooting skills and major incident RCA leadershipn
Experience supporting 24×7 enterprise production settingsn
