The ideal candidate would be responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, Administration, H. R. and accounts payable functions.n

Responsibilities

Maintain School Accounts, receive all payments and handle cash flow.n
Report to the Director, the Hony. Secretary or other officials regarding School accounts, receivable, bills, dues, payments etc.n
Do all tax filings and compliancen
Handle General Administration and all Accounts related mattersn
Assist in H.R. Managementn
Manage all equipment, purchases, computer product maintenance and repairsn
Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processesn
Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Accountingn
3+ years' accounting experiencen
Highly organized with excellent attention to detailn
