Role & responsibilities

. PRE-CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT PLANNING
Review project objectives, capacity, budget, timelines and client requirements.
Review site survey, roof condition, structural adequacy, shadow analysis and existing electrical infrastructure.
Review feasibility studies, solar yield assessment and proposed system configuration.
Establish project execution strategy, baseline programme, milestones and reporting mechanism.
Define technical scope, specifications, BOQ and tender requirements.
DESIGN & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
Review EPC contractors detailed engineering and design submissions.
Review PV layout, SLD, module/inverter selection, cable sizing and protection systems.
Review mounting structure, waterproofing interface, earthing and lightning protection design.




Coordinate interfaces with existing LT/HT systems, DG, transformer and building electrical infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client technical requirements.
PROCUREMENT & EPC CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
Support technical evaluation and comparison of EPC contractor proposals.
Review procurement schedules and long-lead equipment requirements.
Monitor contractor mobilisation, manpower, resources and material availability.
Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals and work programmes.
Coordinate Client, EPC Contractor, consultants, utilities and other stakeholders.
