As a QC Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end quality assurance for our kids' hosiery garment lines. You will work closely with the production and merchandising teams to verify pattern grading, conduct Pre-Production (PP) and Shipment Sample (SP) evaluations sheet preparation, monitor inline packing quality, and perform final AQL inspections before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Grading & Measurement Review: Read and thoroughly understand tech packs, measurement charts, and garment grading sheets to verify size tolerances across kids' wear ranges.
PP & SP Evaluation: Fill out detailed evaluation sheets for Pre-Production (PP) samples and Production/Shipment (SP) samples, identifying stitch, fit, or construction defects before mass output.
Pre-Packing Inspection:



Conduct inline and end-of-line quality checks on finished garments prior to folding and packaging (verifying fabric quality, seams, trims, labeling, and cleanliness).
Final Inspection Before Dispatch: Perform rigorous final inspections on packaged goods to ensure order accuracy, correct labeling, carton marking, and packaging standards before final dispatch.
Defect Tracking: Document and communicate any non-conformances, shading issues, or stitching faults to the production team for immediate re-work or corrective action.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
