AI Engineer (Generative AI / LLM Engineer)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (Generative AI / LLM Engineer) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves building intelligent AI systems that automate workflows, integrate with business applications, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy AI applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other LLMs.
- Build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Develop enterprise-grade RAG pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, ranking).
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, CRMs, ERPs, and other business applications.
- Build secure, scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement structured outputs, guardrails, and validation using Pydantic.
- Monitor model performance, latency, token usage, and optimize cost, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Document system architecture, implementation, and deployment processes.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

- Master's degree (M.Tech/MS) in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Solid academic background with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
