- Proven experience in Area Sales / Territory Sales / Channel Sales
- Strong experience in the Building Materials sector
- Candidates specifically from Ceramics / Tiles industry will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dealer & distributor management
- Ability to develop new markets and strengthen existing business
- Strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers & channel partners
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Robust understanding of market trends and competitor activities
