About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, developing current business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with customers and channel partners.

If you have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results, we would love to have you on board.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 8–9 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Real Estate or BFSI industries.
- Prior experience in team handling and territory/area management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
