Renew Energy Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive solar sales and business growth across the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for developing the local market, managing sales activities, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned area.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into residential and commercial solar customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Explain solar solutions, pricing, savings, and available government schemes to customers.
- Coordinate with technical, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports.




- Lead and support sales executives in the assigned area.

Requirements
- Any Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development; solar industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Valid driving license preferred/required for field work.
