Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role. This position is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, managing relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities in flooring and interior solutions.

Day-to-day activities include visiting clients and project sites, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory, delivery, and installation schedules,



maintaining accurate sales reports, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

The Area Sales

Manager will support marketing initiatives, participate in local events or exhibitions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

· 8-10 years of experience in building material industry

· Experience in market analysis, lead generation, and strategic planning

· Strong Architects, Builders & Interior Designer network

· Experience in project sales/specification sales

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits
