Role Description This is a full time, on-site Area Manager role based in Thane.

The Area

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned territory, including property onboarding, tenant acquisition, and end-to-end rental lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include managing a local team, monitoring property occupancy and revenue targets, and ensuring service quality and timely resolution of tenant and homeowner queries. The role involves coordinating with central operations, sales, and support teams, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements.

Manager will also conduct regular site visits, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to community-building initiatives within the managed properties.

Qualifications

- Operational management and team leadership skills, including experience supervising on-ground staff and managing daily workflows.
- Customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle homeowner and tenant interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Sales and business development capabilities, such as driving property onboarding, occupancy, and revenue growth within a defined territory.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking using basic business tools.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Thane, conduct frequent field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for property and customer management; prior experience in PropTech or startup environments is beneficial.
