Role & responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end Last Mile operations across regional hubs, ensuring 100% pickup completion and bag closure accuracy.

- Vendor & Transport Management: Manage Last Mile transport partners, monitoring daily performance and optimizing vehicle utilization.

- Performance Tracking: Conduct rigorous reviews of KPIs, including Pickup TAT, Queue Time, and Exception Management.

- Strategic Planning: Drive cost optimization, manpower planning, and process improvements in coordination with Central Ops and Planning teams.

- Compliance & Audit: Ensure 100% adherence to safety protocols, documentation, and regulatory audits.

- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and resolve issues for a large regional team to foster a high-performance culture.

- Experience: Proven track record in Logistics,



Supply Chain Management, or E-commerce operations.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Leadership: Strong ability to manage large teams and navigate complex operational challenges in a fast-paced workplace.

- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
