We're building the transaction layer for India's used two-wheeler market —

verified dealers, live auction pricing, and complete RC transfer.

We're hiring one Operations Manager to own a Pune cluster end-to-end and build our dealer network from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

· Your own territory in Pune — you decide which dealers, which pincodes,

which sequence

· Onboarding and activating used two-wheeler dealers face-to-face

· Running daily live bidding sessions and keeping the auction floor liquid

· Closing the loop: payment coordination, documentation, RC transfer

· Hiring and leading 2–3 field consultants once the cluster is running

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· 4–8 years in two-wheeler field operations — dealer sales, dealer relationship management, two-wheeler finance/collections, or pre-owned vehicle retail

· You have personally signed up dealers who had no prior relationship with your company. This is the single most important thing.

· You know the Pune and PCMC dealer market — Pimpri, Bhosari, Nigdi,

Wakad, Hadapsar,



Kondhwa

· Fluent in Marathi. Non-negotiable.

· Comfortable with RC transfer, Form 29/30 and RTO documentation

· You own a two-wheeler and you're on the road, not at a desk

This is early stage. There is no established network to inherit — you are building it from zero. If you've worked at a company in this category that scaled fast and then didn't survive, we especially want to talk to you.

You know exactly which unit economics break, and we'd rather learn that from you than the expensive way.
