With four production units spread over 20 acres and more than 500,000 designs, Emerald leverages diverse manufacturing methods including casting, machine chains, stamping, fusion, handmade, CNC, electroforming, laser cutting, and 3D printing. Emerald employs over 5,000 team members, operates 15 Jewel One retail showrooms in South India, and works with 100+ distributors, supported by design centers in Coimbatore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. A large display center in Coimbatore showcases over 100,000 designs, reflecting Emerald’s commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and onboard new franchise partners, dealers, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.

✅ Drive showroom expansion and market penetration across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Kolkata.

✅ Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.

✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.





✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support.

✅ Prepare business reports and market insights.

✅ Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Eligibility

✔ Graduate / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

✔ ABM: 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Retail Expansion, Channel Sales, or Franchise Development.

✔ BDE: 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Retail Sales.

✔ Experience in Jewellery, Retail, Luxury, Fashion, FMCG, or Consumer Durables is preferred.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
