Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end collections and recovery for the assigned area, ensuring monthly targets and collection efficiency.
- Lead and monitor Debt Managers, FOS and collection agencies to drive productivity and performance.
- Track DPD/bucket-wise delinquency, identify problem accounts and implement recovery strategies.
- Manage agency performance, empanelment and field-force deployment across the territory.
- Coordinate with legal teams for NPA/default cases and ensure all collection activities comply with legal and company guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong collections & recovery experience.
- Good team & agency handling.
- Experienced in DPD/bucket management.
- Good field collections exposure.
- Solid delinquency management skills.
- Experienced in FOS handling.
- Good knowledge of recovery processes.
