Job requirements

Experience Range: 7 to 10 years of skilled experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture, with significant expertise in Experience Cloud Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions tailored to business objectives, ensuring high system performance and reliability
- Develop, configure, and maintain Experience Cloud applications, implementing robust security models, advanced user management (including JIT and SSO), and seamless site migrations
- Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi, delivering measurable improvements in data flow and interoperability
- Optimize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Experience Builder to enhance application performance, usability, and scalability
- Lead and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing strategies, including test planning and risk mitigation, to ensure high-quality software deployments
- Provide post-deployment production support, rapidly troubleshoot complex system issues, and resolve software defects to maintain operational continuity
- Prepare detailed technical documentation for software design, configuration, and implementation, supporting knowledge transfer and compliance




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution integration, prototype pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives, facilitating successful Experience Cloud adoption and measurable business outcomes

- Advanced user management in Experience Cloud (JIT, SSO)
- Site migration strategies within Experience Cloud
- CMS Connect and Content Management in Experience Cloud
- Apex programming (classes, triggers, Queueables, Batchable, Schedulable)
- SOQL/SOSL query optimization
- Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware integration with MuleSoft or Boomi
Preferred Skills:
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and optimization
- Experience with large-scale data imports/exports using Data Loader and Workbench
- LDV strategies for handling large data volumes
- Legacy support for Visualforce and Aura components
- Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform Developer I, Architect, Experience Cloud Consultant
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Architect
