Role Description As an Architect at PInterview, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the overall architecture of our online interview platform in a full-time, remote capacity. You will define scalable system and application architectures, collaborate with software developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure robust integration between platform components and external services.

Daily work includes producing architectural designs and documentation, reviewing technical proposals and code for alignment with standards, and guiding the implementation of current features and enhancements. You will work closely with product,



engineering, and operations teams to ensure performance, security, reliability, and a seamless user experience for students and professionals worldwide.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience creating scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development, with hands-on experience in modern development frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, including designing and implementing integrations with third-party services and internal components.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, prioritizing, and coordinating architectural initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in platform or SaaS architecture, familiarity with video/real-time communication technologies, and knowledge of best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and experience working in distributed, remote teams.
