Job Summary

We are looking for a B.Arch Fresher to join our team as an Architectural Draughtsman. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, modifying and maintaining architectural drawings and project documentation under the guidance of senior architects and project engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop working drawings and construction drawings based on design inputs and project requirements.
- Modify and update drawings based on comments and revisions from architects, engineers and clients.
- Prepare floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections and architectural details.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and incorporating site changes.
- Ensure drawings are prepared accurately as per project specifications, standards and required dimensions.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with civil, structural, MEP and other disciplines.
- Maintain proper drawing numbering,



revisions and document control.
- Assist senior architects/engineers in preparing drawings for tender, construction and execution purposes.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.

Required Skills
- B.Arch qualification from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Revit / SketchUp will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of building plans, sections, elevations and working drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a project-oriented environment.
