The intern will assist in architectural design, documentation, visualization, and project development while gaining practical exposure to ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept development, space planning, and architectural design
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Assist with 3D modelling, rendering, and presentation drawings.
- Conduct design research, material research, and site studies.
- Support preparation of client presentations and design proposals.
- Coordinate drawings and design information with the project team.
- Participate in site visits and project discussions when required.
- Assist with quantity calculations, BOQs,
and basic project documentation.
- Maintain organized project files and drawing sets.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing B.Arch. or recently graduated.
- Good understanding of architectural design principles and space planning.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D software will be an advantage.
- Good presentation and visual communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
