The Role A full-time, on-site Architect designing high-end villas, interiors, and renovation projects end to end — from concept to built reality. You won't just draw; you'll see your designs through on site.
What you'll do
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D models for luxury residential projects
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
- Guide material selection and specifications
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers,
and vendors to implement designs and resolve on-site issues
- Contribute to client meetings and design presentations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong design sense — turning client vision into functional, striking spaces
- Working knowledge of local building codes and sustainable design
- Clear communicator, comfortable on-site and with clients
- Experience in high-end residential / villa or turnkey design-build preferred
