WE’RE HIRING | ARCHITECT - Construction Industry

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 2–10 Years

Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch

Preference: Pune-based candidates

Infra.Health is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our Design Team.

Note: Candidates without relevant construction industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities• Prepare preliminary, working, and detailed architectural drawings.

- Develop design details, sections, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and service drawings.
- Prepare drawings and documents required for various authority NOCs and approvals.
- Develop architectural, interior design, and space-planning solutions.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, consultants, and the internal Design Team.
- Coordinate finish selections, including colour palettes, wall and carpet finishes, lighting,



and other interior elements.
- Prepare and coordinate schedules, specifications, design reports, and design presentations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design requirements and site execution.

Eligibility & Skills• B.Arch / M.Arch
- 2–10 years of relevant construction industry experience is mandatory
- Candidates must have prior experience working on construction projects
- Hospital construction project experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Solid design, analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Out-of-the-box thinking and a future-ready approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
