About the Role

Casa Exotique is looking for a detail-oriented Architect with strong expertise in BOQ, technical drawing coordination and QA/QC.

The role will ensure that drawings, BOQs, specifications and design information are accurate, coordinated and execution-ready before being released to procurement, vendors or site.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage detailed, trade-wise BOQs based on approved drawings.
- Ensure BOQs, drawings, specifications and design intent are fully aligned.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, furniture, RCP, flooring, joinery, lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and consultant drawings.
- Conduct drawing QA/QC for dimensions, levels, materials, finishes, references, revisions and coordination.
- Track design revisions and ensure their impact on BOQ, cost, procurement and execution is incorporated.
- Review vendor/shop drawings against approved design and documentation.
- Coordinate with Design, BOQ, Procurement, Project Management and Site teams.




- Resolve technical queries and ensure approved site changes are reflected in project documentation.
- Maintain strong revision control and documentation standards.
- Identify discrepancies and potential execution issues before they reach procurement or site.

Requirements
- B.Arch / equivalent qualification
- 4–7 years of relevant architectural/interior experience
- Strong AutoCAD and Excel skills
- Excellent BOQ preparation and quantity take-off skills
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, finishes and joinery
- Ability to coordinate architectural, interior and MEP drawings
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality or high-end commercial projects preferred

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
