As an Architect at Acme Designers, you will work closely with the Chief Architect on theme-based designs for large-scale projects. Your role will include conceptualizing and developing floor plans, elevations, and space planning while ensuring design requirements align with client needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.
- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.
- Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.
- Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.
- Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the internal team.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 2+ years in architecture and interior design, preferably in theme-based projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Communication:



written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Knowledge: In MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural systems.
- Design Skills: Expertise in creating sketches and floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Site Coordination: Experience in site supervision and managing contractors to ensure design accuracy.
- Material Knowledge: Familiarity with architectural materials, including flooring, ceiling, and roofing.
