APPZEN SUPPORT CONSULTANT / APPLICATION ANALYST

Role Summary

- The AppZen Support Consultant will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the AppZen platform, including system configuration, audit model administration, user support, and execution of internal and external audit controls.

The role will ensure efficient operation of AppZen while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration (Audit Models / Mastermind updates) and ongoing maintenance of the AppZen platform.

- Monitor application performance and perform routine administration activities.
- Coordinate with AppZen support and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Provide functional support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.

- Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
- Execute internal and external audit controls within stipulated timelines.

- Review audit exceptions, policy violations,



and risk alerts generated by AppZen.
- Support audit activities by providing reports, evidence, and required documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure adherence to policies and controls.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience supporting AppZen solutions.
- Knowledge of Audit Models, Mastermind updates, and AppZen configuration management.

- Understanding of expense management, accounts payable, compliance, and audit processes.
- Solid troubleshooting and application support skills.
- Experience with incident management

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in AppZen configuration and support.
- Experience working with SAP Concur and SAP or similar finance platforms integrated with AppZen.
