Role Objective To ensure seamless coordination for material lifting, vehicle placement and payment realization for TSL IBMD Sahibabad and associated locations, thereby supporting smooth operations, improved throughput and timely revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Loading & Lifting Coordination
- Ensure timely lifting of auctioned materials as per schedule.
- Monitor daily dispatches and coordinate with customers for adherence to timelines.
- Track pending lifting cases and take proactive actions to avoid delays.
1. Vehicle Placement Management
- Coordinate with customers for timely placement of vehicles.
- Monitor dispatch plans vs actual execution and minimize idle inventory.
1. Transporter Coordination
- Liaise with transporters for vehicle availability and movement.
- Resolve operational issues related to logistics and dispatch.
1. Payment Follow-up
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Regularly track outstanding dues and escalate delays.
1. Client Coordination (TSL IBMD Sahibabad)
- Engage with client SPOCs for planning of material lifting and stock clearance.
- Align customer lifting plans with client expectations.

Operational Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain records of lifting status, vehicle placement and payment tracking.
- Share daily/weekly MIS reports with internal stakeholders.
1. Cross-location Support
- Extend operational support to Pilakhwa, Allied Faridabad, Ludhiana, and other locations as required.
Key Result Areas (KRA) – FY27 1. Lifting Efficiency & Dispatch Performance
- Ensure ≥95% adherence to scheduled lifting timelines.
- Reduce pending lifting cases (beyond timeline) to <5% of total lots.
2. Vehicle Placement Efficiency
- Achieve ≥95% vehicle placement as per planned schedules.
- Minimize vehicle delays and idle stock situations.
3. Payment Realization
- Ensure 100% payment follow-up within defined timelines.
- Reduce outstanding receivables aging (beyond due date) to <5% .
4. Client Satisfaction
- Achieve positive feedback from TSL SPOCs .
- Ensure no escalation due to coordination gaps or delays.
5. Operational Efficiency & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting (100%) .
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all activities.
6. Multi-location Support
- Provide effective coordination support across Sahibabad, Pilakhwa, Allied Faridabad, Ludhiana, etc.
- Ensure no operational disruption across locations handled.
